SolTikz Consulting is a technology talent and consulting firm working across information
technology and healthcare informatics — supporting companies who need specialist people, and professionals who
need the right opportunity.
SolTikz Consulting was founded on a simple observation: the technology hiring market is full of
intermediaries, and very few of them genuinely understand either side of the transaction.
Employers receive volumes of loosely-matched profiles. Skilled professionals send hundreds of
applications into systems that never surface them. Both sides lose time, and the right matches
never happen.
We built SolTikz to work differently. On the employer side, we take fewer requirements and work
them properly — understanding the stack, the team, the delivery model and the constraints before
we source a single profile. On the professional side, we work as a dedicated marketing partner
rather than a job board: a named specialist, a resume engineered for each role, daily
submissions, and honest feedback at every stage.
Our team brings more than eight years of combined experience in technology marketing and
recruitment across US IT services, and our specialisation in healthcare informatics gives us
depth in a domain most generalist firms handle badly. Alongside our US operations, our group
company StudyDad Overseas Education Pvt. Ltd. in India guides students into technology
and health informatics programmes abroad — which means we often support a professional's journey
from their first university application through to their consulting career.
The SolTikz Standard
How we work, and what we hold ourselves to.
We represent people accurately.
Every profile we present reflects real, verifiable experience. Our resumes are engineered to communicate
capability clearly and to align with a job description — never to manufacture one. It costs us some
short-term submissions. It earns us employers who take our calls.
We do fewer things, properly.
We are not a volume desk. A marketing specialist at SolTikz carries a deliberately limited number of
profiles so that each one receives real daily attention, real recruiter follow-up, and real preparation
before every interview.
We stay involved after the offer.
Placement is a milestone, not an ending. We check in through onboarding, we help with the next contract,
and we benchmark rates so our consultants are not left behind by the market.
Mission
To make the connection between technology
talent and technology employers faster, fairer and more accurate.
We do it by combining human expertise with tools we build ourselves — so that a good match is not left to
luck, volume, or a keyword filter.
Vision
To become the partner of choice for
technology and healthcare informatics careers in the United States.
The firm professionals recommend to their friends, and the firm employers call before they post a role.
From the founder
Why we built this the way we did.
SolTikz began with a frustration I saw repeatedly: extremely capable people, with real
qualifications and real skills, unable to get past a screening system — and employers on the
other side genuinely struggling to find those same people. The gap was not talent. It was
representation.
So we built a firm around representation done properly. That means a marketing team that knows
the technology well enough to have a real conversation with a hiring manager. It means building
our own resume engine rather than reusing a template. It means specialising in healthcare
informatics rather than claiming to cover every domain.
And it means being honest with candidates about what their profile can and cannot compete for,
even when that is a difficult conversation.
We are a young firm in some of what we do, and I would rather say that plainly than dress it up.
In the last six months we have placed 22 professionals. Every one of them was worked
individually, by a named person, with full transparency on where their profile went and what
came back. That standard is what I intend to protect as we grow.
Six reasons clients and professionals stay with us.
01
We understand the technology, not just the keywords.
Our team has spent over eight years in US technology recruitment and marketing. That means real
conversations with hiring managers, accurate positioning of technical profiles, and screening that holds up
under scrutiny.
02
We built our own AI resume engine.
ResumeBuilderOne is ours. Every profile we market is engineered for applicant tracking systems and re-aligned to
each individual job description before submission — not attached as a generic PDF and hoped for.
03
We specialise in healthcare informatics.
Health informatics, clinical data, EHR platforms and healthcare analytics are a domain we work in
deliberately. Most generalist firms cannot represent this talent properly, and it shows.
04
We support the whole career, not one transaction.
Study abroad guidance and visa/status transition support, training, AI resume engineering, screening,
marketing, placement and post-placement career check-ins. Very few firms can support a professional across
that entire arc.
05
We are deliberately selective about volume.
Each marketing specialist carries a limited number of profiles, and we take on requirements we can
genuinely fill. Attention is the product. Diluting it would defeat the purpose.
06
We tell you the truth.
About what your profile can compete for. About realistic timelines. About whether we are the right partner
for a requirement. Twenty-two placements in six months is a real number, and we would rather publish a real
one.
Results
22 placements in six months.
We are early in our full-time marketing practice and we would rather say so than inflate a
number. Here is exactly how the last six months went.
Health Informatics Analyst9
weeks
Starting point
A health informatics graduate on OPT with strong clinical data coursework, but a resume being filtered
out before reaching a recruiter.
What we did
Repositioned the profile around informatics analyst roles, rebuilt the resume through ResumeBuilderOne with
JD-specific alignment on every application, and ran daily targeted marketing to provider networks.
Outcome
Six interviews in nine weeks. Offer accepted with a regional hospital network.
Data Engineer7 weeks
Starting point
A CS graduate on OPT with solid ETL project work that was buried at the bottom of a two-page resume
nobody was reading.
What we did
Restructured the profile around pipeline and warehouse work, prepared project walkthroughs for
interviews, and marketed across both direct employers and implementation partners.
Outcome
Four interviews, two offers, placed with a financial services technology team.
Business Systems Analyst11
weeks
Starting point
An experienced professional on H4 EAD returning to work after a career gap, unsure which roles were
realistically open.
What we did
Honest target-role assessment first, then a repositioned resume, structured interview preparation and
steady daily marketing over a longer runway.
Outcome
Placed in a systems analyst role in healthcare claims technology.
Case details are shared with permission. Role titles and industries are named; individuals and
employers are not identified without written consent. Client names available on request under NDA.
